After 8 years in business and a continual growing company, I have learned more than ever to be focused on the things you are doing. Rawls collaborative is my company and our vision is to be global economic impact in the world impacting the world in a positive manner, creating jobs, investing into the communities that we serve globally all the while making sure that our employees are the center piece of our company global wide. This is very important as the people whom we serve are the most important asset a company an manage and to me that is the most important. Especially with so many different companies to manage from Sports Management to Retail companies.
There are so many things that we have to focus on as business leaders and as leaders in the field of business. Many time our greatest asset, our people, are the ones who need us the most for direction, but the ones we rely on the most. I have learned this as a leader in my company. I have learned to be protective over the time and the lives of my people. Their well being is essential to the company because the company is not organization, but an organism. A living breathing thing composed of living breathing bodies.
